It is possible to use full reload special reload on plasma shotgun
However it will take insane amount of turns to do and has no reason to exist as normal reload already fully loads the clip for plasma shotgun.

Tried in windows version, not sure if it is the same in other version but probably is.

Hmm.  It should affect all the other versions as well -- this is a Lua code bug.

I've fixed it in repo, but you guys have to remember to not ah do the full reload for this weapon for now.
