"Destroyer Diamond" : Clear Angel of Max Carnage on Nightmare! with "Untouchable Cross" (taking less than 50 damage overall)
"Daredevil Diamond" : Clear Angel of Overconfidence on Nightmare! with 80+% kills


These two diamonds can be obtained at the same time via dual challenge.
Anyway, I've tried it *hundreds* of times (so I couldn't record it.. To record this, I have to restart video recorder settings on each trials. Yuck)
And finally could manage to do it as I got energy shield on Hell 3.

Energy shield is an extremely awesome gear on this challenge,
as you only suffer 2 damage from hell knight (normally, 12) and 4 damage from baron of hell (normally, 20)
Revenants and mancubi would be less tougher too.

Even with energy shield, I suffered 43 damage overall;
To get Destroyer Diamond with no AoOC and no energy shield,
it requires skills, reflexes, and luck that lies on far beyond of humanity.

So, the strategy for Destroyer+Daredevil Diamond is:

1) If you find ENERGY SHIELD earlier, go for the challenge.
2) If not, this challenge is simply a torture.

Built for speed, I see? Interesting choice of traits, makes a lot of sense for this badges, though I would have thought DM would have been higher on your list. At what point did your failed attempts generally crap out on you?

Just RNG was simply the deadliest obstacle.

1. If you start, and see that so many monsters surrounding you, then just press "Q-Y". This is okay.

2. Even if you did everything perfect up to Hell 6, if you stumble into arachnotron cave in Hell 7,
and there is no inv globes/homing phase devices and stair is distant, there is no chance to win, so you'd better "Q-Y" and restart it.
Arachnotron caves were the main reason to restart.


DM does not help much here, as arachnotrons/commandos/revenants/mancubi/archviles were biggest problems,
and just knocking them down ASAP from out of their visions would be the best strategy.
