Initially tried to get a AoMr + AoOC win by diving down to Dis and shooting the mastermind - with HR 2, by trying to get shot as little as possible. Not sure if I used faulty tactics or if I needed more movespeed (mostly the former, I assume), but I never got past moderately wounded even with a P-modded pistol.
Next plan was to find a nuke on way down. It seems terribly unlikely to succeed but going HR -> HR -> Int makes it bearable since you can locate invuln globes on Hell:4 to get the nuclear weapon from Limbo/Mortuary. This finally worked, after several failed attempts where I found a nuke on the first few levels but didn't make it down.
Looks like I fired a total of 10 shots. Took Iro on Hell:7 because it seemed most useful for surviving the nightmare demon cave I was in, on other attempts I went HR -> HR -> Int -> DM.
