HA!  that was easy! Did it on the second attempt with AoB.

Can't remember any really tight situations since the point where I got the chainsaw.

92% cause of The Wall and Halls of Carnage and one Hellknight hiding behind a couple of barrels

And Cyberdemon was a joke, his only RL damage was when he hit the wall behind me, pushing me even closer towards his doom =-]

Since I played the old version (0.9.8) mostly without sound I now find it way too easy with sound, but that's what we got difficulty levels for right?

1. Put screenshot into [code ] [/code ] tags (without the spaces)

2. Consider only taking 2 levels of brute next time and invest more into berserker. That 4 damage isn't really anything compared to berserking more often once you have the chainsaw and even more so once you get the spear.

Also I suggest sticking to Brute(2), at least for a while, in favour of other traits like an earlier Berserker or Hellrunner.

Why did you enter The Wall/HoC in the first place...?

I suggest throwing off some of this red armour and sticking to Portable Berserk Kits next time ;). Gg though.

thank you! well I had been playing the 0.9.8 for a while too, also won that version once or twice

I did follow all these suggestions in my second AoB-win which was today and even without sound! :-D

I didn't realize until later that I could avoid The wall by simply 'l'ooking at the stairs

I got those armors in the mortuary, and from there to the end I never had to throw anything away
