Considering it's level 2, then no. If it were level 1 that might be a bit unfair.

You mean considering it's Phobos Hell level 2 (aka, floor 17)? I think it's conceivable that he could have collected those items beforehand, yeah, but I hope it's just a really awesome find. The worst part is that you tend to get lava and lots of napalm barrels and explosive projectiles in those levels, so a lot of that stuff wouldn't normally survive. Just think of all the great stuff that you never see because Mancubi don't know how to aim!
