Veteran Plat is a nice badge, props.

Still, that's gotta be a pretty old screenshot...or at least from a pretty old version. Advanced BFG 9000? Those faded out with 0.9.9.1.

I would SO laugh if the invunerability wears off exactly during the turn where (but just before) the counter hits 0.

on ths plus side, on ITYTD you won't take much damage from it, and it's only two steps .. unless that room goes nowhere.

True.

That was my last game with 0.9.9. (believe or not, I haven't played DoomRL for around a year), UV AoMC run.
On level 24 I found Inv Globe and I had few phase devices, one of those was homing one.

After I nuked Cyberdemon I used all phase devices to find the stairs, luckily the last one teleported me near them.

Two steps from that screenshot nuke went in. I guess I had only 2-3 steps of invulnerability remaining ...

Now I will try my luck with 0.9.9.1 UV 100% wins. Hopefully I can manage to get some (only the HARD, V HARD and BLADE left :/ ).

Is that AoRA? I can't tell if that is a barrel or an armed nuke.

If it's a barrel push it all the way up and blast it, you may get lucky.

If it's a nuke you are just screwed...
