LOL at the barrel trap, now I need to know how that ended.

It worked ok - turn on running, chaingun to open the door, move away, blast when he's on the medpack. It actually didn't kill him - I guess the earlier explosions knocked him away, but he was in a field of acid and didn't move. waiting a little while finished him.
However, the Hellwave Pack was not quite as effective as I thought it would be at the Wall. I think I shall post that mortem.
