Looks like I've pressed the wrong button, so no fancy BB-codes here, but whatever.

Thing is, these two "^" near the doomguy are Megaspheres. And there is one more Megasphere right next to the stairs. And another one in one of the rooms to the left. And there is also an invulnerability globe in the room above the doomguy.
And two levels earlier I found the Railgun.)

Is it Kornel's birthday or what?

It's only a lava room not a river, push the barrels to the bottom left and blast the wall, you may get lucky.
