hmm, does pressing F9/F10 in graphics version generate a "normal" ASCII screenshot?

In graphics version, both F9 and F10 produce a .png file screen "dump".

In console, F9 and F10 perform different functions - and produce ASCII screenshots.

Or maybe jsut an option to generate a screenshot with a lower, forum friendly resolution. You know, because I'm lazy to shrink the images myself, even though it takes just a few seconds.

I would totally be down for this.

Considering that F9 and F10 perform the same function, maybe F9 could produce low res (maybe 1/2 current resolution or something) and F10 produce "full" res.

Nah, it is just the older version of DoomRL, from a loooong time ago.
Running / tactics (coward, aggresive) were a bit different then, as far as I remember.

EDIT: It may have been: coward = cautious, running = aggresive ...

Nothing special here. I just thought this strip of acid looked out of place. Maybe I exploded a barrel here earlier or something...

It looks like there was a tall, thin room filled with acid, and a pool of water was placed overlapping it.

Died on the next special level, because I thought that I will be able to tank few captains and kill Arena Master while affected by berserk.
Apparently, several hits (each for 1 damage) every turn can kill you faster than Cyberdemon.

When you fill the criteria for that to be guaranteed, does it always appear? Or do you have to do something to make it appear there in case you want the scythe/spear instead?

Honestly, I don't know. I'm doing a Standard N! Damageless run, if that helps. I've been doing all the special levels.

You're the only known one to get these so far though, so the rest of us probably don't need to worry about it yet.
