Spoiler/Wiki Random Artifact List?
The Buttery Lobster:
idk if the forum has one, or if it's a good thing. But I know I want it. So here's stuff I've found. If such a thread exists already feel free to lock this one. There's other stuff I've found but I haven't remembered to write it down.
Excluding reward artifacts, like the bmg (not really) or angel armor or longinus spear. only stuff you find randomly.
I've even found 'advanced' artifact items. Like the extended Blaster, which was awesome.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)Weapons
Assault Shotgun
Stats: can't remember... more damage (6d4?) and and a larger clip (1 more shell?) then combat shotguns.
Blaster
Stats: 2d5, 20/20 recharging
Special Notes: Requires no ammunition, recharges at a moderate rate (about 1 shot per unmodified step). Counts as a pistol for the AoMr Challenge.
Found with 'extended' bonus, started with a 20/30 clip and regenerated to 30/30.
Butcher's Cleaver
see below posts
Stats:
Glock something or other (probably that beretta listed below)
see below posts
Stats: I think it does 2d5, all I know for sure is that it has an 18/18 10mm clip.
Trigun
Stats: 3d6 Damage, 6/6 10mm clip
Special Notes: Secondary reload function is a NUKE. Using it instantly (no timer) nukes the map. "Do you want to use the deadly Angel Arm? Y/n." Use it and die. Forum chatter seems to indicate that the gun isn't destroyed by the blast so you can use it over and over... assuming you survive it. Counts as a Pistol for AoMr Challenge. Has a fairly long reload time, so find some cover when reloading.
Nuclear Plasma Rifle
Stats: 1d7x8, 24/24 recharging
Special Notes: Special reload overloads the nuclear reactor and nukes the map, 10 second timer. "The weapon is self-powered!" is what is stated when attempting to unload it. Takes no ammo, recharges about 1 per unmodified step. An incredible space saver, you'll be up to your ass in extra energy cells in no time.
Railgun
Stats: 6d6, 30/30 Plasma Cell clip
Special Notes: Uses 5 charge per 1 shot, each shot goes through all enemies it hits (but not walls, of course). Slightly less ammo-efficient then Plasma Rifle per individual enemy, but because you can shoot through enemies in a line it's actually much more valuable in terms of both damage and ammo.
Revenant Launcher
Stats: 7d6, 3/3 Rockets
Special Notes: Never tried this one (AoMr at the time) but it had no special reload. Not sure about the damage, but it's more then a regular rocket.
Armors
Gothic Boots:
Stats: 20/20, 200%
Malek's Armor (I want my own armor!!!!)
Stats: 3/3, 100% recharging
Special Notes: Regenerates damage constantly, at about 1% per unmodified step. During combat, this makes it particularly resistant to damage. Probably REALLY useful on the light travel challenge.
Phaseshift Armor
Stats: 2/2, 100%
Special Notes: see posts below
Potman:
I'll add a couple I've found:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)Brammaton Cleric Beretta
Stats: 2d6, 18/18 10mm clip
Jackhammer
Stats: 6d3x3, 9/9 shotgun shells
Special Notes: Fires three times at once. And it's a combat shotgun, not a double shotgun, like I always thought.
Missile launcher
Stats: Same as the rocket launcher, at least what's shown.
Special Notes: Probably faster to fire and/or reload - what'd be the point otherwise? - and seems to have smaller explosions.
Phase Boots
Stats: 8/8, 100% (?)
Special Notes: I'll bet that this turns regular phase devices into homing phase devices when you use them, or something. Not sure, didn't think to test it, unfortunately.
Necroarmor
Stats: 6/6, 100%
Special Notes: Uses health to repair itself (1 HP for 2% of damage, or something). Slower health decay when over 100%.
Baron Armor
Stats: 6/6, 100%
Hell Staff
Stats: Special item
Special Notes: It's a (homing) phase device that can be used indefinitely. Has a bit of a cooldown time: "You're too tired to use that right now."
Malek Deneith:
*facepalms*
You had to make the poll-spoiling useless, didn't you... well I'll wait on what Kornel says, but seeing this I'll probably just post all I've found except super uniques on wiki :/

Ow.
You can't blame me, he started it!
DaEezT:
The Missile Launcher is broken in the current release.
