"Nuked himself" WTF?

I've completed AoL chalenge and killed Cybie with chaingun. But the game thinks that i nuked myself. Why?

Because you used the nuke on one of the former levels. This should be fixed next version, if not, it will be fixed when the death reason system will be rehauled in 0.9.9.

That means that you can try not using nukes for a couple of days until 0.9.8.10 is available :)
