Hi, Kornel said that Former Humans and the likes only need one number tweaked so they can pick up weapons and use them for themselves (I.E Rocket Launcher, BFG, Etc)

I think that feature should be turned on with Nightmare, OR have a challenge mode with that feature on.

Please, if nightmare mode do that it would realy be bad...

BTW... the fact they can already pick up stuff is one of the various reason I rarely play this game. I would love an option to turn it on/off.

However, its a good idea for a chalenge.

I really like that idea :-). It would be a real Nightmare if that puny Fromer Human suddenly fired a BFG9k at you ^_^

I know I am practicing thread necromancy but thanks for posting that one Kornel, I really hope that you can take this one seriously :-)

BUT

There should be certain..How do I say..restrictions?

I.E:

Even if the BFG9000 spawns on a level with FH's (or vice verca) is it possible to have it so that certain enemy's are only able to pick up certain types of weapons?

I mean, A Former Human is literally a zombie right? His mind has been clouded by the transformation, yada yada yada and I'd imagine a BFG to be a piece of specialist equipment (or too hard to pick up.)

And Imps are just unsuited for weapons full stop.

So in short, Only certain kinds of enemy's can make use of certain kinds of weapons..Or are you going to point to the sign that says "Nightmare"?
