DoomRL Screenshot/Mortem cleanup script
« on: June 08, 2009, 14:21 »

I decided to make a little script that cleans up the screenshot and mortem folders of DoomRL. Being a Ubuntu user I don't know whether it works under Windows, but I tried to make it so that whenever differences between Windows and Linux cropped up, it gave both choices, and yadayadayada. Try it out, but you need Python for it.

Look at the attachment. ;)

Also, for Linux users, you have to run 'chmod +x doomrlcleanup.py' to get it to work, and you have to run the script in a terminal. I want you to run 'chmod -rw+x doomrlcleanup.py', but that's because I don't want you reading ma stuff.
Nah, just kidding... :P

I'll slap together a Tkinter GUI later today.

I've made the GUI. Sure, it requires Tkinter, but Windows Python users get it by default, and Linux Python users can just run 'sudo apt-get install python-tk' (well, if they use apt-get, of course ;) ). :)

Also, there's actually comments. :P

Edit: Also, the normal 'chmod +x' jazz is necessary with Linux users.
