Medals:

Pardon Me: Kill 3 enemies using a single rocket jump.
Quickdraw: Kill 6 enemies instantaneously using a pistol and the "Gun Kata" master trait.
Woodchipper: Kill 5 or more enemies instantaneously using a melee weapon and the "Blademaster" master trait.
This is My Boomstick: Put 9 mods on a shotgun.
Run and Gun: Kill 10 enemies in a single running session.
Toreador: Sidestep projectiles from 5 different enemies at once.
It's More Doomish This Way: Win AoB without ever picking up the LS.
Make the Most of It: Kill 10 enemies in a single invincibility session.

Ranks (You must play on Medium or harder)

Ass-Kicker[1-4]: Win the game with 100% kills.*
Crazy Bastard[1-4]: Clear the Mortuary.*
      Crazy Awesome[1-4]: Clear the mortuary. No plasma cells allowed!*
Dextrous Digits[1-5]: Win the game in [35, 30, 27, 24, 20] or fewer realtime minutes.
Shotgunner[1-4]: Win the game without ever firing a non-shotgun weapon.*
Speed Demon[1-5]: Win the game in [60, 55, 50, 45, 40] or fewer ingame minutes.

*The rank you get is based on what difficulty you did it on, not including Easy of course.

I have another fun idea for a medal:

ClrScr: "Clean" the whole map; That means destroy enemies, items (or pick em up), barrels, levers, even walls (except the outer ones and indestructible) etc. until everything you CAN destroy, is gone. This does not count for maps with too few destroyable things and walls (such as Arena-type dlvls).

First of all I remind that this is still a HOT TOPIC, as I implement medals as we speak! Secondly, after some thought I decided against any "stupidity" and "bad luck" medals, so take those out as for now (maybe in some later version).

Finally, Dervis, I'd like you to elaborate more on those *impossible* achievements you mentioned (AoB Arena for example). Please come up with things that are impossible but doable -- even if a lot of luck is involved, I'd like to have as much of them as possible. Of course, if something is downright impossible, then it won't make a medal ( cleaning The Vaults on AoI for example ;) ).

As you wish:
-Untouchable- clear a arach's cave without being hit
-?rise- kill this same former foo 6 times (anybody ever played Urban Dead?)
-Quick as thought- have a walking time lower than 0.5 sec
-Gamble- clear The Wall on AoMr
-Lava bath- clear Lava Pits on AoI
-Monolith- have a walking time higher than 1.5 sec
-Damageproof- have armor value of 15 or higher (counting TaN and berserk bonus)
-Dancing over the edge- clear entire level having only 1 hp
-Superman- clear entire level having >100% health
-You gotta be shitin' me!- clear UC on AoMr (Har, har, har!)

Oh. Ya, forgot about the nukes; Dumb Mrazerty :p
Well, then add an extra rule: Don't use any thermies or Angel Arms :D

EDIT: About the "dancing over the edge" thing: Well, I don't think it's very hard to finish a level with 1hp with some 1337 skills. The REAL challenge though, is GETTING exactly 1hp :D

Mmm. Soul-crushing difficulty achievements.

- Beat Hell's Arena on Angel of Berserk challenge. Not Invulnerable or Berserking on level start. Nuking level doesn't credit a win.
- Beat Mortuary on Angel of Masochism challenge. Not Invulnerable or Berserking on level start. Nuking level doesn't credit a win.
- Beat The Lava Pits on Angel of Impatience challenge. Not Invulnerable, Berserking or Radiation suit on level start. Nuking level doesn't credit a win.
- Beat Angel of Marksmanship challenge without any points in Son of a Gun.
- Beat Angel of Berserk challenge without any points in Brute.
- Beat Angel of Masochism challenge without any points in Tough as Nails.
- Beat Angel of Max Carnage challenge without any points in Ironman.
- Beat Angel of Pacifism with a Kill ratio over 20%.

I'll try to think of some more.

P.S. - Making all powerups end when entering an unique level would make some of these much easier to implement.

The above happens in the majority of my games.  And the quick draw one seems pretty simple - just take on a pack of former humans/seargents/captains.

As for experience levels (level xx Cacodaemon General) I think those ranks should be based on single game run, rather than summing what you did in all of your games.

So by killing 20 Mancubi, we mean you actually killed 20 Mancubi in a single game, not by playing 20 games and killing one Mancubi in each of them

Next pack of my badges ideas:
-Redefining 'massive'- kill 15 enemies with an overloaded BFG shot
-Gladiator- beat Hell Arena without being damaged ONCE
-That's the way!- melee 10 arachs on non-AoB game
-Don't even try!- kill an enemy while he is reloading
-So crude!- beat Chained Court without picking up a chainsaw
-BURN!- push an enemy into lava, killing him that way
-Thank God...- receive 100 DMG while being under the effect of Inv. Globe

BTW: Please, make badge acquired message something more than "You have achieved  XXX" Instead, make a special message for every badge.
