Pistols are the most ammo efficient weapon out there, and you still ran out?  Did not enough captains spawn?

@ Gargulec - I'm actually not sure what those awards are for since we don't have descriptions yet. I have a quite good idea what that Hell Champion is for :P.

There's a bug in the Beta not allowing us to rank up so we're stuck at low difficulty levels. In UV/Nightmare! every BoH/HK pack comes with a group of humans so there's always ammo, in this difficulty they just don't seem to spawn.
If you look closely there was a Minigun spawned on level 20, i was almost out of bullets then :P.
