AoMr, found a Anti Freak Jackal on dlvl3, Necroarmor on dlvl5, Beretta on lvl10. I also had my advanced pistol nicely modded.
I was doing really well, the enemies were all in a very fortunate position for me (such as a mancubus far away from me in a very tight corridor)
Well, reason of death: I wanted to pick up some ammo, and I stepped on 2 lava spaces (I didn't hear the "argh" due to my loud music)
Yep, I should've known it... The game was just too friendly to me this time.

By the way, is my "step on acid/lava" warning suggestion implemented in the next version? I'd be really glad if so actually >.<

You found a GCB and a Necroarmor and didn't use them?

If you're wondering whether or not there's lava under an item or ammo, try the run command (not running tactic), and then try moving to it - run command will stop before running onto lava or acid, so you won't be able to move to that spot.

GCB I didn't use cause my advanced pistol was modded enough. Necroarmor I didn't use cause it's a bit risky when you're low on health. (You see I'm this type who doesn't like taking risks :p)

I think the increase in damage and huge mag would have been enough to compensate for the *slightly* slower firing time of the GCB.
