As you can tell if you see the demo this challenge is all about maxing out your berserk time, and if you ever run out of juice just play the coward.
I got a very uncommon level 2, usually level 2 to 5 is just running for the stairs. For every decent run I probably died around 8 times before even reaching the Chained Court. Leaving the Chained Court i can usually make it at least to level 11 before berserker runs out, this run it was a little longer :P.
Arachnotrons and commandos are annoying as hell as they still damage you somewhat through the berserker. Knockback is a terror unless you're lucky to find plasteel boots. Cyberdemon never stood a chance but that's common in AoB.
About the differences in the beta:
- Modding the chainsaw really helps although i prefer the accuracy mod to the extra damage.
- Blademaster is THE trait for N! AoB.
- Those 8d3 shotgun dudes really hurt, specially because they got almost guaranteed knockback.
- No armor on the SoL doesn't hurt as much as i expected.
P.S. - Mancubi have a slightly strange behaviour, if you get close enough they just start running away from you. Viles and Revenants do the same, but it just looks out of place on that slow fat bastards.
P.S. 2 - I found something like 3 AdvTech modpacks during these runs. 'You need a ranged weapon to use this!' Grrrr!
