Didn't you forgot to switch to English server?

Spoiler (click to show/hide)By default the client is prepared to play on server FOnline: The Life After. To switch to FOnline: 2238 change in configuration utility Ip 94.103.87.42 port 2238 or start FOnline.exe/FonlineDx9.exe with param "-RemoteHost 94.103.87.42 -RemotePort 2238".

2238 is the one you need.

All npcs on English server have only English texts. There are no Russian texts at all for that server. oO

I noticed. Anyway, tried for few minutes, and I doubt if it will suffice me. Only make me wants play normal fallout, nothin more
