Silhar:
"Just give me a knife and admire the playground. Or, you know, some of that primitive laser weapons would suit me well. Similiar to our long rifles, i suppose. If it also has a scope, then, heh, heh...", he answered, smiling darkly. On Rogue Trader he hailed from, nobody could beat him in lasguns. "I think those ones must plentiful around here... Even those men dressed in red carry it. No need to waste your time (and nerves) for teaching."

"Yet how can we be sure that they'll let us in the Great Library ? Inspection is the thing of great probability, too. I don't want any >>take that hood down, sir<< situations. And so you, I suppose.", The Eldar pondered. "And canteens are already full of shady people, are they not ? Just suggesting..."
Of course he didn't mention his strong sympathy for rotgut. Oh, the throat is so dry...

Xander Morhaime:
Halsted glanced briefly to where he'd put his lasgun down before shaking his head. "Not a chance. They're precise and delicate weapons, wouldn't trust one of you with it," he stated firmly. "I can let you have the shotgun, I think it might be simple enough for you to get your mind around it..."

Malek Deneith:
Laz shook his head - No on the canteen thing. You'd be a source of worse trouble there if they figure you out some way with all the potential thugs there. Plus our teams psyker here might have some tricks up her sleeve that might come handy when pulling out information... Anyway if entering the library turns to be problematic go check out missing Magos' living place, maby leave just Marcus checking the library if they allow in him and not you two. Use the inquistion badges only if necessary to avoid worse problems.

Silhar:
"Understood, then...", gasped Silharriel. No drinking for now.

"A shotgun ? You mean that poor match of our shuriken weapons ?... Damn me. Precision is the one thing I specialize in. But if nothing better's around, so be it. How does it work ?, he asked, hesitating no more. At least that crude weapon... somehow... looked stylish. A bit.

Xander Morhaime:
"It is a very precise weapon. It quite precisely turns a person's face to mush if you fire it point-blank," Halsted said with a chuckle. "We'll deal with training later... a more important matter first. Just in case, we should have some means of keeping in touch," the guardsman explained, then unhooked a micro-bead from his ear. "I don't suppose any of you have a spare one? The range isn't overwhelming, I suppose, just a kilometre in good conditions, but it's better than shouting in this place, right?"
