Remeber my post titled "Finest Hour"? It has been surpassed by this run, where I would have been able to kill JC, had he not gone insane with the Hell Barons... When I finally got it, the Anti-Freak Jackal was key due to knockback, although the blast radius made it a little tougher. I bet JC would have gone down if I had the Trigun or GCB in addition to the AFJ...

Well, I knew that in theory, but in practice...

You're right though. It's also a lesson that on easy, go for the pistol build, and you'll do alright.

I must admit though, that I have been savescumming to rank up (I haven't tried AoD&D yet, but I will be sure to, and I must thank you for paying tribute), although I think I don't have to now because I have all of the challenges and N! mode.

I can't wait for 0.9.9. (or is it 0.9.9.9? I forget) I eagerly await the new release, and hope that I have donated by the time you start work on 1.0.0 so I can get into the beta.

One thing though...If you look through my mortem folder, theres a lot of AoB's that have died on dlvl2. What will you be doing to adress this? reprimand the former humans? make a new melee weapon? what?

Brute gives a Melee accuracy bonus as well as a damage bonus. Combat knife gives +1 accuracy and can be thrown. Melee weapons have one mod slot.
