While you can in 9.8.10, do a Melee run in ITYTD, using your Pistols/Shotguns for Backup until the Chained Court, and as a secondary weapon then. Do the Arena and take a RL for the Wall. This is just to get a taste of Lategame Melee ;)

Funny thing about blast radiuses smaller than a standard rocket blast: the damage is wildly unpredictable. I once hacked in a 99d1 pistol with a blast radius of 0. Shoulda killed stuff in one shot. Never actually killed stuff, made a hella knockback. Was really only good for breaking walls.
