I think Thomas' tips for Nightmare! are already quite to the point. I would consider making a badges guide.

Yes, but when you have such things as Hell's Arena where you can't just close doors and move on...

The only topics Thomas doesn't cover are the finer aspects of killing monsters on doorways/water/acid and corpse piling to avoid respawns.
