If true, then which file should I modify
Else, with what can I mod it?

DoomRL *will* (not yet) be modded with Lua exclusively. Once DoomRL 2 reaches a playable state, DoomRL 1 sources will probably be open.

Hint : switch from Turbo Pascal to FreePascal, ZZ ;)
