Of course. You need all the health you can on N! AoB as even though Berserk makes you practically invincible, crowds still wear you down.

Pointers:
Wear armor even while berserking when fighting Revs, Viles and Mancubi. It will reduce incoming damage a lot.
Wear good boots - With technical or agility mod. Reduced knockback does a hell of a difference.
Get a bulk or power mod on the chainsaw if you can. You probably won't need the extra damage to kill stuff, but extra damage = extra berserks.
