Well, I'm not such a good DoomRL player, but just wanted to express my gratitude at some things, which are:
*The game itself
* Something I recently tried after watching list of badges
(badge for playing a common game with fists and knives):
using juggle to throw knives while berserking
Actually, just when I got to 0.9.9 i noticed a throw knife feature and thoght, how to make it useful(that, and also image of knife makes me remember Judeau from Berserk) )
I always thought , that juggler trait was rather cool,if not always useful, and now it brings another quirk (4-5 bulked knives are rather nice, especially while berserking)
I was actually surprised: when I started game and decided I should actually forfeit all weapons except knives and fist I thought I'll die before dlv.5 (I'm not so good in DoomRL, also hate(in capital) former sergeants >_<), but got to dlvl.11 without too much trouble on "normal" - had a sheer fun ^_^
Dont't know are you supposed to use knives like that,or is it just a perversion - but anyways...
Sorry for my bad English and overall lameness... but it happened so, and i was motivated to register here( doesn't happen to me often )
