Medal of Prejudice: 100% kills
UAC Star: Get lots of kills. You can't get gold without playing N! or Ao100.
Minor Icarus Cross: Win fast, it seems to imply. I know Kornel has a very strict idea of what "Fast" is (Most timed challenges are ludicrously difficult) so I don't have the major cross.
Gambler's Shield: Pull A LOT OF LEVERS. Seriously, you need to pull almost every one that spawns.
Aurora Medallion: Get lots of uniques. 3 or more, I believe.
Explorer/Conqueror: Win a game visiting/clearing all red stairs.
Compet-n Silver Cross: Get lots of level clears (You feel relatively safe). Gold and platinum are impossible on non-Ao100.

While checking my mortem due to this topic I saw I have a mortem with 400 kilss and no UAC star. Yet there are ones with ~200 kills and a star. So this one probably isn't true.

Again probably not - I got this one once and it was in a run that had only 57% kills so not many cleared levels (especially seeing as on other runs I usually go for YAAM).

Agreed. Seeing as a YAAM would meet the reqs. Thomas put up, you would get it for, say... an AoSg UV YAAM. Which I didn't. So, it's something else.

Using the BFG in a small group of enemies in another game gave me the UAC Star bronze. I'm suspecting that it may be indeed related to the number of enemies killed in a single shot.

You guys should check if you get that medal when you use a BFG in a group of enemies.

Well on my succesfull nightmare run at AoMC, I spammed up BFG9000 quite a lot in giant groups of enemies, such as loads of anachnotrons, revenant % vile packs and in pain elemental caverns when things got heated up.

I ended up with UAC Gold star so I think the one shot = lots of dead enemies might just be it, I also suspect it might be triggered on the "quality" of the enemies, tougher the better.

Compet-n Medals are for speedruns (real time). I'm not sure about the times but they're 30/20/10 min or less. Not that hard to win.
