Which Medals Are Awarded for What?

The UAC star may well be awarded for the number of enemies killed. When I *ahem* accidentally set off the Trigun's nuke, I killed everything up to that point - I died well before Cybie, but I got the UAC Star, bronze cluster. So it might be for 100% kills on a certain difficulty.
The Hell Champion medal would obviously be awarded for winning in the arena...
But if we do take the UAC star to mean 100% kills... Hm, my first win netted me, as well as the star, an Aurora and Prejudice medal. Theory: Prejudice for killing the Cyberdemon, while Aurora for using a BFG to do it? Or something relating to the BFG, perhaps...
This bears further investigation, I believe.

Now that I think about it, in the run I got the UAC Star Gold medal, there was one room with two pain elementals. I was invulnerable at the time and switched to the chainsaw, and then they spew an incredible amount of lost souls, enough to fill up the whole room (my mortem shows that I killed 2 pain elementals and 115 lost souls). At that point I fired the BFG and all of them were killed. So it's probably related to the number of kills in a single shot.
For the record, that was on ITYTD and my kill percentage at the end of the run was 97% (death in the spider's lair).

Aurora - nope, not BFG kill that for sure. Got two or three of them, but no BFG cybie kills recently. Perhaps it's for nuking a level?
UAC star - not 100% kills, got it plenty of times without it. Probably not "kills number" as I have at least one mortem with 400+ kills and without any UAC stars. I'd guess it's for having a set number of 100% cleared levels (like in the original suggestion) but the color depends on difficulty, but that's just a wild guess.
Prejudice - thats the only one I'm sure of - it's a YAAM medal :P

Aurora - I got mine without using any nukes, so that option's out, I'm afraid. Number of uniques found, perhaps?
