Phase Devices Not Used Up On Angel of Impatience:

It seems that while playing Angel of Impatience, normal phase devices can be activated immediately (as intended, they aren't picked up) but that they aren't consumed in the process. Playing version 0.9.9. Thank you.

I noticed something like this on my run as well.
