Agility Mod vs. Shotguns

As far as I know, accuracy is ignored with shotguns.
Most other mods have some support for all weapon types,
so I find this one inconsistent. I don't really know what should it do.
Reduce spread but increase damage a bit? Reload/fire time modifications?

Deaven:
lower damage reduction while shooting from distance would be great but i suppose it'd be harder to implement than for example reducing reload speed.
