Juggler 2 should give a reduction in inventory swapping time.

Pretty sure Rank 1 already does. When at least, if you hit the corresponding number for the weapon (8 = plasma rifle) and it's in your inventory, the message that appears is "You instantly swap your weapon."

Juggler-2(even if it should exist)
should give a reduction in "inventory" swapping time.
- to switch uniques and specific weapons.

Or, maybe, it could 1/2 time of medkit usage.

Or...in addition, juggler could give +10% speed when throwing anything,and second level adds 1-2 spaces of range(for throwing)...

Anyways...it's ok, but second level... a bit too much...or a bit of useless...
