Pacifism Win doesn't give score!

I've just won on AoPC, and saw 1 strange thing.The score is 3963. ANd my previous best run eneded on lvl6 with score of 6669. Demonic score is still maximum. So how can I have score ~100000, which is standard for winning marines, when I can't nuke Cybie and can't don't nuke him and can't go to a full win unless it's N!(there inv. globe last enough to nuke JC)?

Yea, that epic score penalty when nuking Cybie is really annoying. What a great reward for winning AoPc :P
