Binary doesn't store correct version number in meta information

Version 0.9.9 of doomrl.exe shows a version of 0.9.8.8 when the properties are viewed from explorer.exe.  In-game version description is correct though.

Ah, the incorrect version number. Kornel, you gonna start changing that with the 0.9.9.1 release?
