Nightmare! kill% messages

Now that we have badges based on getting x% kills in Nightmare!, I think there should be a way to gauge just how much you've killed. For that, these messages can be implemented:

YELLOW: "Bah, you've kicked enough ass here."
Kill every enemy one or more times. They still might respawn.
Turns level name YELLOW

BLUE: "Somehow you finally feel safe, if only temporarily.
Kill every enemy and dispose of their corpses somehow. They wont respawn any more.
Turns level name BLUE
