Haha, good to hear I'm not alone.  The guide's a good one, the corner-firing tips helped out tremendously on my ability to reliably clear Hell's Arena even when it's spawned on Level 2 and I'm lacking a Combat Shotgun.

@Gooselord: The Combat Translocater was semi-useful in a different run, using it to teleport the Cyberdemon away when needing to reload the BFG, and to teleport Barons away from Large Health Packs, but for the most part it's usually quicker to just kill the monster in question.

So would every 12 damage shot knock enemies back? I guess if it hadn't been AoMC, that wouldn't have been such a problem!
