As the subject line says, this has been my most frustrating death yet.  I began my final turn with 100% health [70/70] and semi-damaged red armor [2/4] (on the previous turn I had more than 100% health, but the mancubus knocked me down to 100%) .  I still don't understand how a single Mancubus was able to kill me... Maybe I got bounced around through the lava?  I just don't know.

Sucks... I thought this guy would make it for sure.

I found the Cybernetic armor early on, and was saving it for the final battle.  Didn't want to don it too soon, as I was also going for 100% kills and it would drag me down too much.

Are you sure you had more than 100% health?
From the message log it reads as though you gained full health (You feel better), then got hit by a mancubus, taking you below 100% health and knocking down your armour... *Then* had your final turn. That would suggest starting your final turn on 70-80% health. I might, of course, be mistaken, but just making sure you're sure...

I was pretty sure I saw 100% at the bottom of the screen.  Now that I think about it, though, I might have looked at my health before hitting Enter to clear the line of messages.  Therefore the status bar might not have updated to reflect the damage I just took.
