Son of a shotgun

Owashi:
Because "son of a gun" is either poor or just fun extra, i juggest that it could be replaced with "son of a shotgun" witch would give bonus to reload and shooting time for every shotgun. Meaby that way you could use shotguns even later in the game. I think that could be neat!

That was veery impressive indeed! But could you do that too? :) Maybe it was 70% of luck & cateye?-)

Anyway I don't think I could do that in anyday even if I played night and day for a moth :P Possible or realistic? :)

Actually, both. It takes strategy. Son of a gun should remain, IMO, because it brings out a part of the game that few realize: the effectiveness of your issue side-arm.

STL:
Agreed. If you do the math, actually numbers add up quite fast for 'son of a gun'.
Lvl 3 sog = 4 turns per shot and 8-14 dmg each (avg 11 dmg)
Lvl 2 reloader = 8 turns per reload.
This adds up to 528 dmg/250 turns for no armor and 432 dmg/250 turns for 2 armor... With your starting weapon.
(lvl 3 reloader, lvl 2 sob for chain gun adds up to
625 dmg/250 turns for no armor, and ~347 dmg/250 turns for 2 armor)
(lvl 3 reloader, lvl 2 finesse for dbl shotgun adds up to 375 dmg/250 turns with no armor and ~313 dmg/250 turns for 2 armor)
