Begins at 30142 turns.
I fire the double shotgun: 30142 -> 30152
I reload the double shotgun: 30152 -> 30172. So far, so good.
I fire the double shotgun again: 30172 -> 30182.
I single-load the double shotgun: 30182 -> 30202.

The Wiki claims this should only take 1.0 second (or 10 turns). I mean, sure, no one ever seems to actually use it, but I'll be damned if someone get punished for trying it out.
