Where's the bug? Compet-N Gold is received for finishing the game in under 20 minutes. You don't get BOTH for completing it both under 30 minutes and 20 minutes; that'd be redundant.
That's damn fast, I might add. A couple minutes more and you'd have gotten the Platinum, a remarkable feat indeed.

But I did finish it under 30 minutes. Assume I'm a perfectionist, and I want every medal. By finishing it in 12 minutes, did I or did I not finish it in under 30 minutes? I finished it in under 20 minutes as well, yes, but under 20 minutes is under 30 minutes. It doesn't say "Finish between 20 and 30 minutes", it just says "under 30 minutes". Thus, I want both.
Brb getting platinum =P

This is self-inconsistent. A perfectionist wants ONLY the best, and accepts nothing less. If anything you'd be pissed that this particular run wasn't a Compet-N Platinum and should be beating yourself up for only reaching Gold. Also, I don't see zero kills, what happened to pacifism?
In any case, this is not a bug. We can double-check with Tavana or Kornel but I'm pretty sure they'd say the same. Accept the Gold and move on, we're more impressed with it and are perfectly capable of understanding it also means sub-30.
Also, congrats on the subsequent AoPc Platinum. But y'know what would be even more impressive? Platinum on a standard win. (You see, it's never enough for perfectionists, so we need to goad them into doing harder and harder things.)

It's bit funny that I've "killed" exactly that many mobs my first AoP run as well:
