It was planned to be a blend between Vampire : The Masquarade and Cyberpunk 2020.

Silhar:
Never played CP2020, but "Night City" seemed to sound somehow familiar. Now I know where from.
So... Is the project completely abandoned ?

Now that I think of it, I was a very disturbed 14-year old to write such a thing -_-.

Abandoned? Yes. Completely? Up to you ;).
