Missile Launcher = Yes
Chainsaw = Only in Ao100.

No i have found the chainsaw out of angel of 100 and out of the chained court.

It is possible... they are exotics after all, so I doubt there are any major restrictions of their appearance.

I've had cases where I already found a Chainsaw from the Court, but I found another one in the wild.  Might be a bug, but I don't think that anyone has acknowledged it yet.

Just call it a "feature" for now.  =P
