With that battleshout the Castellan brought his halberd down on Tristan, striking a telling blow. Tristan's armour quite literally saved his life - without it, the noble paladin would have been gutted like a fish - as it stood, he remained greviously injured, while your opponent seemed determined to fight on despite the increasingly serious injuries you inflicted upon him. Soot-black smoke was seeping out from places where he had been cut or stabbed, forming a thin mist over the whole battle. Following up his success against the paladin, the Castellan brought his halberd around in another sweeping blow, this time striking Saliak and also inflicting a serious injury.

The Castellan is bloodied again.
Aden heals Tristan for 13 points (34 remaining).
The Castellan *would have* one-shotted Tristan, but his armour saved him.
Tristan still takes 18 damage (16 remaining) and is bloodied.
The Castellan then hits Saliak as well for 16 points (20 remaining) and in return takes 7 damage from Tristan's mark.
S.K. Ren:
This bastard doesn't listen, Ma'kirr thought. The battle raged on but for the most part she was being ignored. Then a new thought occured, something that she should have done in the first place. Dissapointingly, she continues to make herself seem even less a threat.

~Free Action: If I hit, Flurry of Blows on Castellan for 6 damage, leaving him in place.

"HEY! Son of a...Tristan! Focus! If you can stay focused on the battle, you can shrug off any wound! Now get back in it and FIGHT!!!" Aden then figures out where he should strike, and thrusts his sword just right to try and catch the castellan a bit off-guard, leaving him open to someone else's assualt.

Saliak's magic heals both him as and Trsitran, at the same time he attacks Castellan with another fiery attack.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)Minor Action: Shield of Sacriface - Tristran agreed to loose a surge. Tristran and Saliak regain surge+4 hp and gain +5 power bonus to AC until end of Saliak's next turn.
Standard Action: Flames of Purity - Close blast 3 (M5:O7), targetting only enemies. Attack (1d20+13=17) vs AC on M6. Hit: Fire and Radiant damage (1d10+7=15). Picking Rune of Destruction: Allies in the blast gain +3 power bonus to damage rolls until end of Saliak's next turn.
Destruction Runestate: To hit bonus that gets cancelled out by Mad's.
