Ahh, this was glorious. I managed to get a Megasphere and a Berserk just before charging the Unholy Cathedral. Then I just kept berserking myself from killing demons, so by the time I killed the Angel of Death, I was still over 100% health.
Feeling bold, I decided to take my chances against the Mortuary--this was not a big deal either with my Longinus Spear and my Dodgemaster. However, coming out of the Mortuary, my Angelic Armor burned all the way down to 0% thanks to a bunch of Viles and Mancubi, but this barely slowed me down. Just before heading down to Cybie, there was a nice little invulnerability globe waiting for me next to the stairs. One nuclear blast, a hidden stairwell, and a few Spear pokes to John Carmack's face later, and I celebrate my first AoB victory with a full win....
