My previous run ended while learning that the lava pits are a lot more dangerous on Medium than Easy ... can't imagine what they're like on UV. Skipped them this time.
I think Berserk didn't bug out against the Angel, though it certainly did throughout the game otherwise. I finally learned that fighting everything isn't what I want to do all the time (shotgunners, mancubus, revenant, archvile depending on position). Also learned the power of throwing knives & barrels.
I thought I should see what the fuss about the Mortuary was, and quickly left (had two homing phases, the other was used to avoid a group of archviles & revenants on L24 instead of YASDing - they still managed to come to the exit and beat me down a little on the way out.). Didn't berserk against the Cyberdemon, but had lots of medpacks & spare armour so it was ok.
This was actually my first win of any sort on Medium, though I hadn't tried default a lot and had one that was probably winnable if not or carelessness.
