Well Bethesda is just good at making one thing over and over again, just slightly changing the flavor. Here, we've got Fallout: New Vegas thrown into the realm of nordic heroic fantasy.
Occasionally ripping off from Witcher 2.

I used to like Bethesda games.
Then I took an arrow in the knee.
