Just one level, Phobos base entry. After completing that the game rolls 1d100. On 100, you win, anything else you lose, try again.

Enemies on all difficulty levels respawn like N! (perhaps slower on lower ones, perhaps not)
whenever an enemy is revived it gets a promotion to the next enemy.

define next enemy either within class (human-sarge-captain-commando ; knight-baron-bruiser-Cyber; soul-demon-cacodemon-PE; arach-revenant-mancubus-vile) or by experience value, breaking ties with the name.  would have to do something about the corpseless enemies.

I would totally play a challenge mode with potential cyberdemons on floor three. Come on, you could totally abuse formers to load yourself up with plasma cells and kick his butt around corners. :D

rocket launcher + 2 agility and 1 bulk
firing time: 1.5s
accuracy: +6
reload: 2.5s
when the rocket hits something it either reflects like a ray or explodes for maybe 8d8, slightly larger radius also.

Deploys like a nuke, 7 second countdown (my estimate: 1, 2, 5, 3sir, 3, toss, cover, boom)
Damage like a Hellwave pack, however you are not immune.

and I feel the need to explicitly point out the BAA mods for making the sheep launcher.

Rather than it acting like a timed hellwave pack, why not just have it do damage to all non-wall objects in the blast radius? After all, it's not the wall's fault that it was built by a heretical demon hellbent for leather on conquering the Earth.
