The opening of the game has the following text:

I don't think that quotation mark and comma are supposed to be in between the words "on" and "Phobos."

Also, this may be a bit of a YMMV thing, but the very last line of the game after you kill the Spider Mastermind is "or could it have?"  I think that would read better as "or could it?"  It's shorter and punchier and, in my opinion, makes a better final line of the game.

Not sure if this goes here, but it is more a typo than a bug so...

Help says MMB to swap weapons and MMB on self for equipment. It is actually the opposite.
Also it doesn't mention alt+RMB on self for special reload.

"There is a steel boots <blah> lying here."
Should be either "There are steel boots <blah> lying here" or "There is a pair of steel boots <blah> lying here".
Pretty much same applies to all other boots.
Also, not sure that it should go here, but, GateKeeper bronze badge tells me to reach Hell, but I got it after reaching Deimos.

The old GK bronze was reaching Hell through the Hellgate, so it's likely that the description hasn't been changed.
