DoomRL on Pocket PC/Windows Mobile?
« on: October 31, 2006, 15:32 »

I've had a look round the boards here, and I couldn't see anything so I though I'd ask - I'm totally in love with this game, and I'd love to have it out and about with me but the only RL I've come across that's been ported is Nethack... *sigh*

So then, is there the slimmest of chances that somebody is considering porting this to PPC or similar to quench my RL needs? :)

Duh, I truly would, but I don't own such a machine :). A quick look at the Free Pascal website, states that the compiler can experimentaly target WinCE...

Dammit! I'd been practising my "Sorry I didn't realise I was late" excuses for work too :/

I would just play it on a laptop, but my pckets aren't big enough to lug one around with me all day :)

Been having a fiddle, and I've just got PocketDOS installed on my iPaq, however now I'm getting an error message "load error: no DPMI - Get csdpmi*b.zip"

Any ideas what I need to do?
