The Cyberdemon fires! You are hit!
The Cyberdemon reloads his rocket launcher.
Too tired to do that right now.
You use a small med-pack. You feel healed.
 You start running!
Fire -- Choose target...   The missile hits the Cyberdemon. The missile
hits the Cyberdemon. The missile hits the Cyberdemon. The missile
 hits the Cyberdemon.
The Cyberdemon fires! You dodge! Boom!
The Cyberdemon reloads his rocket launcher.
 You stop running.
Boom! Your red armor is damaged!
The Cyberdemon reloads his rocket launcher.
Fire -- Choose target...   You hear the scream of a freed soul! You feel
relatively safe now. Congratulations! You defeated the Cyberdemon!

-- General ---------------------------------------------------

Before him 1309 brave souls have ventured into Phobos:
 1175 of those were killed.
7 of those were killed by something unknown.
57 didn't read the thermonuclear bomb manual.
And 61 couldn't handle the stress and committed a stupid suicide.

Some rumours though, say that the Cyberdemon was killed already!
Is he immortal? 9 souls claim to have killed him...
2 sacrificed itself for the good of mankind.
6 killed the bastard and survived.
1 showed that it can outsmart hell itself.

OMG. Nearly dead, firing at Cybie with chaingun.... Lucky i abused his AI to trap him against pillars, so i could run away leaving him trapped.

Good practice for Runner Gold, I suppose. 97% is impressive enough to raise the difficulty, too. I recommend aiming for a Cateye/Intx2 build of the following form:

SoB -> EE -> SoB -> EE -> Int: 1( -> Int -> TH -> MCe) 2( -> TH -> MCe -> Int)

With the general lack of ammo, having a rapid-fire build is the most consistent approach. Expect to use mostly chaingun and rocket launcher, saving any plasma for the Cyberdemon. Whether you want Intx2 or MCe earlier is a matter of personal preference, but MCe will really come in handy on a number of occasions (like Arach caves). If you're lucky enough to encounter Halls of Carnage, the BFG can save your neck more than once.
