I believe it may be my first win without scumming... barely made it too as I entered an Arachnotron-infested Level 19 with just a few med packs (I accidentally used at least 1 large in place of a small) and a green armour. I didn't see any and suddenly 3 of them surrounded me right next to the stairs and not even the BFG was sufficient firepower to keep the spiders at bay, so I decided to just ignore Level 19 and go down the stairs to face the Cyberdemon instead.

He found me as soon as I entered the level next to a wall... fortunately I brought exactly enough overcharged plasma rifles to take him down as he ripped through my green armour and forced me to use my final medpack, the last rifle was my "standard" rifle that I emptied trying to fight the Arachnotrons on 19

Another 1 bites the dust :)

editted to fix the text formatting brought on by [b ] and [i ] equipment and inventory slots

notice how I would have gotten 100% ratio had I not fled Level 19... DOH!!! my fault for forgetting to reload the advanced rocket launcher as u can see, probably could blown up all them arachnos with it :(

have any 100% kill ratio victories been reported before sans scum?

Funny. Don't you all guys notice how plasma rifle is ineffective against heavily armored targets?

Ah. Maybe the [ code ] tag would help? Anyway I have an idea to implement a "mortem" tag with highliting and other fun stuff! How does that sound :D?

Well the [ code ] won't help if they don't remember to use it in 90 minutes ;) For now I did it for him. As for the "mortem" tag... hmmm, dunno. We'll see what will come out of this.
