Yeah, 3 clips is standard ammo only. For +5 you can get a 60 round HB clip, for +15 you can get a whole backpack.

If that's the case, I'll just toss out the whole selection and take a box of hellfire HB rounds instead for my whole budget.

I think Hellfire makes your heavy bolter single-shot.
